Lead Carpenter (FT)
• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures
• Maintain Company’s Quality Standards
• Knowledge of working with elevations and blueprints, specifications
• Backing & blocking
• Framing wood and/or metal
• Knowledge on basic plumbing & electrical (required)
• Installing cabinetry and modifying as needed onsite
• Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed and adhering to all safety rules and
regulations required
• Problem solve construction issues
• Responsible for keeping the crew on task, and on schedule
• Educate others on advance carpentry skills (preferred)
• Must speak English, Bi-lingual (Spanish preferred)
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable carpentry experience preferred
• Basic trade hand/power tools
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation (required)
• Dependable and able to work 40 hours a week M-F
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test
• Supervisory skills required
Pay range $28-35.00/hour depending on experience

Carpenters (Full-Time)
• Safely operate manual and power tools and equipment
• Follow instructions to complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain Company’s Quality Standards
• Framing wood and/or metal (required)
• Knowledge on basic plumbing & electrical (required)
• Carry, load, unload, and organize construction materials
• Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean worksite
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable and able to work 40 hours a week M-F
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test
Experience required:
• Experience in construction related field a must
• Framing Metal stud and wood (minimum 1 year required)
• Painting-(Minimum 1 year)
• Drywall Finishing-(minimum 1 year)
• Flooring-(minimum 1 year)
• High school or GED education (preferred)
• Able to push, pull, reach and able to carry objects up to 90 lbs.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Pay range $20-25 depending on years of experience
